Our products are custom-made just for you through our partner, Printify, which means we craft each item with care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you nurture your shopping experience. Below are the details of our Returns and Refunds policy.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable). Since our products are print-on-demand, we can’t accept returns due to a change of mind—only for issues like defects or errors.

Eligible Issues:
- Damaged or defective items (e.g., misprinted floral shirt).
- Wrong item received (e.g., tote instead of mug).
- Significant quality issues (e.g., faded print).
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email (replace with your email) within 30 days, including your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Use “Return Request” in the subject line.
- Approval: We’ll review your request within 3 business days and, if approved, provide a return shipping address (typically Printify’s facility).
- Ship It Back: Return the item within 14 days of approval using a trackable method. Note: You cover return shipping costs unless the issue is our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (via Stripe) for the item cost, excluding original shipping fees.
- Timing: Expect funds within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
- Replacements: If you prefer, we’ll replace defective items at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/personalized orders (e.g., monogrammed totes).
- Items damaged after delivery (e.g., worn or washed).
Printify Coordination
Our products are fulfilled by Printify, a trusted print-on-demand partner. Returns go to their facilities, and we work closely with them to resolve issues like printing errors or shipping mishaps.
