Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how your Garden Girl goodies arrive.
Shipping Process
- Order Processing: Each item is custom-made just for you! After you place an order, Printify begins production, which takes 2-7 business days depending on the product (e.g., shirts may take 2-5 days, decor up to 7).
- Shipping Time: Once produced, your order ships via standard carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx). Delivery within the USA typically takes 3-7 business days, though times may vary based on your location.
- Total Delivery: Expect your order in 5-14 business days from purchase (production + shipping combined). We’ll email you a tracking number once it’s on the way!
Shipping Costs
- Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. Typical costs range from $4.99-$9.99 for standard USA shipping (e.g., $4.99 for a shirt, $7.99 for a tote).
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75—because every Garden Girl deserves a treat! (Adjust the threshold as needed.)
- Taxes/Duties: USA orders include sales tax where applicable; no customs fees apply domestically.
Shipping Destinations
- Primary: We proudly ship across the United States.
- International: Limited shipping available to Canada—contact for details. (Expand as Printify’s network grows.)
- Restrictions: We can’t ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to Printify’s carrier limitations.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Check your order status anytime to watch your floral finds bloom their way to you!
Lost or Delayed Orders
- Delays: Rare, but possible during peak seasons (e.g., holidays). Allow up to 20 business days before reporting a delay.
- Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive after 20 days, email us at with your order number—we’ll work with Printify to resolve it.
